Sunrise Community Health Services is an outpatient mental health and behavioral services provider. Our team of licensed therapists and counselors are committed to providing individual and family therapy services. We believe in empowering our clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being. Our services include counseling for anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and other mental health concerns. We are here to support you on your journey towards mental wellness.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sunrise Community Health Services delivers culturally responsive care that addresses the individual needs of each client. Our organization specializes in prescriptive counseling for individuals, couples, and families. We offer outpatient behavioral health services for adults, children, adolescents, and familieswithin a clinical environment. Each client is assigned to a licensed clinician who supports the development and implementation of client-centered treatment plans. Additional services include consultations with family members or professional care providers as appropriate.

The program utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other interventions tailored to the specific needs of the person served.
